Enhance: we recognise that everybody brings with them an existing set of skills and experiences. We are skilled in flexing our programmes to suit the needs of the participants and make sure that their learning is accelerated.
Embed: a key part of the design ensures that we only run programmes or work with individuals when we have agreed what steps will be taken to make sure that the learning is transferred back to the workplace. We are explicit about how we evaluate the work exploring not just the immediate reactions to the initiative but also the longer term impact on the individuals, teams and your business.
